Such as BestStar Football Academy

Sunshine Football Academy
What do you see as the most important aspect of coaching especially an academy?
Head Coach U15:
And currently with Koller Football Academy
Media: π€
Great π
Do you mind sharing your nickname if you do have one sir ?
Head Coach U15:
Ain't chanced to have any football certificate yet,
Hmmm! One of the most necessary effective coaching skills is communication. A great coach has great communication skills
Media: *What do you think is the most important for players to know or have under the age category of u15?*
Coach, tell us more pls , which part of Ilorin, the community especially?
Personally, what important tools or knowledge have you learnt the most in your previous work places that you will be working to implement in Koller FA
Head Coach U15
Nobody is claiming that handling radioactive materials or coaching football is more hazardous than the other. The finest coaches, though, will have background in the industry. This doesn't mean that you have to have experience as a professional player to be a successful coach; it just means that you have to be dedicated to what you do. Your professional expertise and background will increase by completing coaching badges, volunteering, participating in CPD activities, and participating in the game in any way you can.
The key to reaching your coaching goals is focused growth; plan your experience around the age groups, levels, and environments that you want to coach in.
Nonetheless, football consist of two main functions which are: control and pass
Media: *How do you handle conflicts or disagreements among players on the team?*
Head Coach U15:
In football if your dressing room is cool that means you are one family
I love peace and my speech always prone to peace
If any conflict or crisis should happen then I would use my office to calm it
Media: *How would you handle a situation where a player is not responding well to your coaching methods or instructions?*
Media: *Do you trust such players ?*
Can you field them in during match days ?
Head Coach U15:
Thou it pains when players are not active or responding to instructions but am a kind of coach that love to listen to my players
Sir, there are some players who haven't eat before coming to training
Media: *A scenario where ur best player(s) comes late to training?*
What do you do ?
And if such happens in a match where such player (s) report after the stipulated time for arrival ?
Would you start such player(s) even if it were to be a final cup game ?
Head Coach U15:
Some are sent an errand by their parents, while some are coming from a far place bear footed
So before I could say that my players is not active or responding to my training, I need to know what's happening to him
That's why some clubs have psychologist
To talk to their players and to know what might caused him not to be active in training
So I love talking to my player when not active or responding to my instructions because something might have happened to him whereby he doesn't want to disclose it
That's why coaches are like father to their players
Media: In every football team , where surely , punishment is to be dish out,
*When do you think punishment should be given to players players base on unacceptable conduct?*
Who type of punishment should be the appropriate on players
Head Coach U15:
Smiles! I do normally give players suspension like 2 days and fine that's all sir
Media: *Coach do tell us pls, why or what convince you that Koller FA is the best place for you to be next / why u accepted the Job offer ?*
What are the plans you have already for the Koller U15 academy?
Head Coach U15:
Is not a news that Koller FA is one of the best Football Academy here in kwara state and Koller himself is an humble man who always want the best for his players
Moreover, you wouldn't understand all am saying, untill you associate yourself with the academy
In a nutshell, Koller FA have sent some players abroad with their great development and I can say I like the academy due to the good and sound skills impact on their players
I have a great plan for them
Media: Opooorπ
I really wish I will associate Weller too πππ
Somebody head is swelling faπππ€

Okay...
Do you mind to share in part those plans pls ?

Head Coach U15:
In fact, tonight have started networking some of our players to an agents
I want the academy to be more standardized
Media: *God is in charge! I pray He answer us?*
Media: Who is your role model in coaching or managerial aspect
But in Nigeria and in the foreign scene ?
Plus why those people?
Wow
That's great
Koller should be smiling seeing this already πππ€
Head Coach U15:
I love watching Guardiola been promoting football at all level
I love Amunike; been one of the players nigeria has produced and his trying not in Nigeria football alone but currently in Zambia and he has trade his market in some Africa countries before Zambia
So I love his style
Media: Pep is perceive to be a winning-oriented manager rather than a manager who develops younger players?
Do you agree ?
Media: He work as team B coach in Barcelona
So finally
In your ascending order
Help us settle this case of who the best manager is in among these managers
Arsenal Wenger
Jose Mourinho
Pep Guadiola
Alex Ferguson
Carlo Anceloti
Head Coach U15:
During his managerial spells at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has had the opportunity to work with some of world football’s most exciting young wingers. At the Etihad, it has been shown through the growth of Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling who, after four seasons have already shown just how much working under Guardiola has improved their game. For Sterling, it has been a growth from a player considered a flop in his first season at Man City to becoming England’s best winger and a constant threat in front of goal. Meanwhile Sane has seen his growth result in a move to Guardiola’s former club Bayern Munich.
Media: Would have love to know the type of contract signed, the length of the contract among others but because of privacy, would keep that for some other times
