[5/11, 3:12 PM] Ydf Baseline: The coaches should be able to get the academy jersies on their own.
Secondly, the issue of common hose should be gotten thru payments made by the boys while the academy may support with balancing depending on the academy’s wallet.
[5/11, 3:13 PM] Ydf Baseline: Meeting for the training can be organized on whatsapp for the coaches to keep them abreast of what is to happen on the field for that particular day.
Prayers will be made on the field which should be short & simple.
[5/11, 3:15 PM] Ydf Baseline: Payment of fine should be made compulsory for those coming late for training. This should help instill discipline as well as time consciousness.

*Players podium*
Is meant for all players to interact and discuss, mainly for all our regular players who have means of getting Android phone
*U-15/U-17 podium*
This is meant for players of U-15 and U-17 with their respective coordinators and coaches.....
We want all coaches to monitor their players....which includes their attitude and behavior..... The coach can easily give them a special task on the podium......
And it can also use for correction and classes

*PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN OUR ACADEMY AND TOP CLUBS/ACADEMY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLAYERS TRANSFER*
Academy need to partner with some great academies/ clubs in the country and outside the country.......for the purpose of players promotion.....
We can as well get player from other academies that are lower to us.....we sign MOU with them and develop their players.....sell him in the future and everyone will be Happy...
