[3/31, 9:51 PM] First Bank Coach: 1= the goalkeeper : he's the first  attacker to initiate an attack, he controls his defense when under attack from the opponents, he keeps the ball from entering his goal post.
He's the last man of defense of his team.
He punches, kicks where necessary....
[3/31, 9:52 PM] First Bank Coach: 2/3= we call them wing backs
[3/31, 9:54 PM] First Bank Coach: They too initiates attacks, defends the centre-half backs(5/6),where necessary, they must be skillful and Solid
[3/31, 9:55 PM] First Bank Coach: They must listen to their GK always
[3/31, 10:01 PM] First Bank Coach: Centre halfbacks(5/6)
This is a technical position Bcus, u must be up to 5:8 or 6 ft for this position.
They as well defends the team, coordinates other members, give good coverage  for their GK,  they must be able to use their heights to score in corner kicks against  for their team,
[3/31, 10:07 PM] First Bank Coach: *CENTRRAL DEFENSE NO, 4*
Give  provides coverage for the 5/6 ,initiates moves with other midfielders.
He complements the effort of the  defenders to the attackers as a link.
[3/31, 10:12 PM] First Bank Coach: *MIDFIELDERS (WINGS)*
They must be defencive conscious aside from their primary role of attacking.
They must use their  quarlities(pace, skills) as an added advantage for the team

[3/31, 10:19 PM] First Bank Coach: *ATTACKERS*

DOCTOR OBARO OSENI KEHINDE

[3/25, 5:20 PM] Usman: We will bring back our great journalist and Doctor to this podium......

It all about CORONA VIRUS
Time:8:30pm
TONIGHT
[3/25, 8:31 PM] Usman: Hello Doctor
[3/25, 8:31 PM] Dr Obaro: Hi
[3/25, 8:32 PM] Usman: You are welcome to our program tonight sir
[3/25, 8:32 PM] Dr Obaro: Thanks a lot
[3/25, 8:33 PM] Usman: This is our great doctor .... Obaro.....and father and great mentor with us tonight

Pls introduce yourself sir
[3/25, 8:36 PM] Dr Obaro: I already introduced myself on this platform, but for the benefit of those who are new here like me, my name is simply Kehinde Oseni Obaro
[3/25, 8:37 PM] Usman: Thanks for that sacrifice sir.... I just want our players and staff to know the qualifications of our guest sir
[3/25, 8:37 PM] Usman: Thanks once again
[3/25, 8:37 PM] Usman: Let go straight to the program sir....
[3/25, 8:38 PM] Dr Obaro: Ok
[3/25, 8:39 PM] Usman: Sir, the whole world are in trouble over the outbreak of the virus called CORONA VIRUS sir.... What can you say about the  virus sir
[3/25, 8:41 PM] Dr Obaro: Corona Virus Disease or covid-19 is an infectious viral disease that affects the respiratory system
[3/25, 8:42 PM] Dr Obaro: Corona literarily means crown
[3/25, 8:42 PM] Dr Obaro: It was named so because the virus actually looks like a crown
[3/25, 8:43 PM] Usman: Ok sir
[3/25, 8:44 PM] Dr Obaro: Like I said earlier, corona virus disease affects the respiratory system
[3/25, 8:47 PM] Dr Obaro: Some of it signs and symptoms includes: dry cough and slight running nose
[3/25, 8:47 PM] Dr Obaro: Fever, difficulty in breathing, and general body weakness are also part if the symptoms
[3/25, 8:48 PM] Dr Obaro: The scary thing about corona virus disease is that is no drug for it yet
[3/25, 8:49 PM] Usman: Ok
[3/25, 8:49 PM] Usman: Ah
[3/25, 8:50 PM] Usman: Then.... what are the drug using currently to cured those affected both here in Nigeria and Europe......
[3/25, 8:50 PM] Usman: ????
[3/25, 8:54 PM] Dr Obaro: Because corona virus disease has so much similarities with pneumonia, drugs used to treat pneumonia have largely been in use to merely suppress the symptoms on the victims or patients infected by corona virus
[3/25, 8:56 PM] Dr Obaro: Although chloroquin has been approved for ONLY clinical trials, it hasn't really been proven that it has the potency to really cure or suppress the symptoms of the virus disease
[3/25, 8:57 PM] Usman: Ahahahah this is really serious
[3/25, 8:58 PM] Dr Obaro: Yes, it is
[3/25, 8:58 PM] Usman: How does the virus transfer from one body to another body ????
[3/25, 9:00 PM] Dr Obaro: There have been lots of misconceptions and misinformation about how d virus gets transferred from person to person
[3/25, 9:01 PM] Usman: Real??
[3/25, 9:02 PM] Dr Obaro: The fact I must establish here is that the only way a person can get infected or contact corona virus disease is when the fluid of an infected person gets into one's body either through the eyes, nose or mouth
[3/25, 9:03 PM] Usman: Ookk
[3/25, 9:04 PM] Dr Obaro: Corona virus can not be contacted through merely shaking of hands or body contact, except the person carelessly puts the hand in his mouth, eyes or nose without washing
[3/25, 9:05 PM] Dr Obaro: This is the reason why the public have been advised to make washing of hands a regular habit
[3/25, 9:06 PM] Usman: May God bless you Doctor ..... Great information....
[3/25, 9:08 PM] Dr Obaro: Physical contacts like sneezing or splashing of saliva from the mouth by talking or singing and blowing of the nose by an infected person can easily transfer the virus to another person who is very close
[3/25, 9:09 PM] Usman: Who is very close......?? How sir
[3/25, 9:10 PM] Usman: Since it wont touch my nose...eyes and mouth
[3/25, 9:11 PM] Dr Obaro: Regular washing of hands with soaps after shaking hands, using public toilet, using public doors, using public vehicles or taxi, and even after closing from the office can prevent a person from contacting the virus by more than 80 percent
[3/25, 9:16 PM] Dr Obaro: That is why social distancing have been strongly advised, if one stands too close to a sneezing person or someone who is blowing his nose, speaking or singing. There is a high chance of the fluid getting into either your eyes, nose or even mouth
[3/25, 9:16 PM] Dr Obaro: So, together with washing of the hands frequently, it is also best to always keep a distance by avoiding social gatherings and unnecessary partying
[3/25, 9:17 PM] Usman: Ok sir
[3/25, 9:18 PM] Usman: Do you think our government are getting it right for all the measurements put in place to tackle this virus???
[3/25, 9:18 PM] Dr Obaro: Yes, indeed
[3/25, 9:20 PM] Dr Obaro: Even though the government displayed laxity in the beginning, the measures being put in place will go a very long way to preventing the spread of the virus
[3/25, 9:22 PM] Dr Obaro: Just that palliative measures like emergency provision of food stuff and payment of salaries to shld follow promptly to cub and reduce the effect on the public
[3/25, 9:24 PM] Dr Obaro: Hand sanitizers and face masks shld be distributed free of charge to the public by the government as this will also help to prevent the spread
[3/25, 9:25 PM] Usman: Alright sir.....
[3/25, 9:25 PM] Usman: Please doctor ....are you aware of this ???
The China has bank of viruses and have kept over 1500 viruses
[3/25, 9:29 PM] Dr Obaro: Not only China, even countries like USA and Russia has more
[3/25, 9:30 PM] Dr Obaro: The main purpose for that is for research and biochemical advancement
[3/25, 9:30 PM] Usman: Ok doctor.....
[3/25, 9:32 PM] Usman: Do you think, the decision made by our governor to control this deases is right..... What have we put in place to fight it....
[3/25, 9:36 PM] Usman: Lastly
Your advice to the players of our academy and management doctor
[3/25, 9:39 PM] Dr Obaro: Kwara state already has a quarantine center in Sobi hospital were anyone who tests positive to the virus will be admitted and treated. That is a step in a right direction
[3/25, 9:41 PM] Dr Obaro: Players and the general public should frequently wash their hands with soaps or sanitizers at least every one hour
[3/25, 9:42 PM] Dr Obaro: They should avoid shaking hands as much as possible and make sure they wash their hands with soaps if they mistakenly shake hands
[3/25, 9:44 PM] Dr Obaro: They should keep a social distance and avoid close contacts with even their friends and family members so that fluids from sneezing, nose blowing and saliva won't get to them.
[3/25, 9:44 PM] Usman: May God bless you always doctor
[3/25, 9:45 PM] Dr Obaro: Amen๐Ÿ™
[3/25, 9:46 PM] Usman: You have done a great job here tonight...and we have clear picture of what coronal virus is all about.... May God bless you once again
[3/25, 9:46 PM] Usman: Any questions for our guests....from the group .... Just two questions pls
[3/25, 9:49 PM] Usman: Al Hazim and durosilohun....ask your questions
[3/25, 9:53 PM] Usman: Please our able chairman.......are you online Sir
[3/25, 10:09 PM] Usman: Good night sir and do have a lovely night rest sir...you are bless always
[3/25, 10:48 PM] Romeo Fc: Without being test positive maybe you return from a journey can you go there to test yourself

[3/27, 9:26 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Good evening everyone on this great platform.
I am Ashifat Sulyman.
Football Coach.
Coach Kwara United FC llorin.

First and foremost
A training session or match begins with a sound warming up.
[3/27, 9:30 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: The main aim of warming up is to prepare the body for loading and avoid injuries
[3/27, 9:31 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: *Physiological importance of warming up.*
.lt increase the athletes pulse frequently
.lt intesivate the breathing processes
.lt allows for better circulation of blood through the muscles.
.lnitiation of the metabolism process.
. Blood transportation is made faster.
[3/27, 9:33 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: You see in the game of football, there are 3 things we  football coaches in the world teaches 1. Fitness 2. Tactics 3. Techniques.
These are another topic for another day. But above all, before any match or training there is one important thing that much be considered first. That is warming up and it must be in sequence.
[3/27, 9:34 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: *Psychological Importance of warming up*
.Decrease of nervous system which may affect the performance.
.Creating the readiness for performance.
Acclimatization to the condition I,e speculators, crowd, weather etc.
[3/27, 9:36 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: *The Warming up session of not more than 15/20 minutes depending on the weather conditions is run in the following order*
[3/27, 9:39 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: *Methods/Possibilities of Warming up*

General Warming up:- without the Ball... Here there is less risk of injury.
... individual ways
...ln group
...ln pairs
[3/27, 9:44 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: a.General wakening of the body system, involving movement at ascending paces
b. Stretching exercises
c. Strengthening Exercises
d. Steaming down.
(All with or without the Ball)

NB.
It is good for a coach to monitor and use exercises that are easy to do than very difficult once so that no body will get injured.

*The warming up could end up with Minor tactical game such as 3v1,3v2,4v2 or 4v4 etc which now leads the coach to the main part of the training.*
[3/27, 9:44 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: *Specific warming up*
[3/27, 9:44 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: With the Ball
[3/27, 9:45 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: You can choose any of the two, either General or Specific warming up.
[3/27, 9:47 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: But it must be in sequence. What I mean by the sequence is that it must be in order. Juggling, stretching, strengthening and steaming down.
[3/27, 9:49 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: If you have done all this, you are already prepared for the task of the day
[3/27, 9:49 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: So any questions?
[3/27, 9:54 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes I have said it before.
1. General warm up
2. Specific warming up.
General warming up is without the ball.
Specific warming up is with the ball
[3/27, 9:54 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: You can check it is already there
[3/27, 9:56 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes. I said it. Try as much as possible not to let your warming up torn to fitness
[3/27, 9:57 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: When your warming up is more than 15/20 minutes is becoming a fitness training
[3/27, 9:57 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Most especially during hot weather
[3/27, 10:00 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: There are a lot of different. In fitness training it's should not be less than 45 minutes.
While your warming up should not be more than 20 minutes under hot weather
[3/27, 10:02 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: So at times you can use the same method or the Same arrangements of setting up of your cones to achieve the same(warming up and fitness training) but timing and intesity will be different
[3/27, 10:06 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: But please note that in warming up you must follow the sequence
[3/27, 10:09 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes,if in your training session program of the day is about physical training. After warming up of 25 minutes then go straight to the program for the day which is physiological training, then it should not be more than 45 minutes.
[3/27, 10:11 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes,if in your training session program of the day is about physical training. After warming up of 15 minutes then go straight to the program for the day which is physiological training, then it should not be more than 45 minutes.
[3/27, 10:15 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Please note that you can only do that during your pre-season training. But during the competition period, it's very wrong
[3/27, 10:23 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Well I have mentioned it earlier the advantage and the importance of warming up, if a player does not like warming up his only calling for a serious injury.

Amen. I appreciate everybody for your contribution, questions and understanding.
May our good God continue to bless you and your loved ones.
[3/27, 10:27 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Let me tell you the simple truth.
There are six components of fitness, which every player must possessed.
Before you can be certified to play at highest level.
But that is another topic for another day.

I love you all.
Thanks

From Mr Aluko

He then asked for the contribution of others...

According to coach  Imam, Its a lucrative motive. Through this a lot can be achieved. And the second speaker,

Mr Adeyemi said it is Perfect Idea, if each team in the company cannot compete individually, why not think of competing collectively to achieve success.
Mr Usman Jibril said in reply to the feedback,
We will register with #15,000 .....if we sell a slot ....that is million of naira....
2. Prize winner
3. Sell exceptional players to club in Europe and Nigeria
The third speaker  Mai Jamal said: the coming together is not a problem but the intention behind, it's how concrete it is.
He further said,  It's easy to estimate  but getting it done is the key part to focus.......
But asked this shocked question, " why everyone want to be part of this amalgamation ?

If we based the plan on state league and we fail along the road, what will be the future of the team......let have a long range plan that will be wider and more futuristic than that of state league alone...........What we are about to do is a nice concept which majority have been trying to do but failed due to some factors......

Mr Usman answered the question, he said

The league is  just part of the agenda writing for the meeting
But wish to know if remembers are ready for that project..... And the response was YES.

Barrister Ayodeji Akerele asked this question about the state league if the company is able to win the tournament, Who will the company sell the slot to? He was answered by Mr Adeyemi, that the slot will be sold to any teams in need of it.
[3/31, 9:02 AM] Usman: *Mr Usman Jibril gave a brief history of the company:*
According to him, the company started two years ago with three men, namely: Coach folly, Mr lanre ( owner of coin kwara) and Mr Usman Jibril.
He said the main aim is to provide a central opportunity place for great players at grassroots, discover that....  form a perfect squad with exceptional players selected from academies.

He said, they made two teams to represent Kwara state in a Scouting program at NASSARAWA state last two years in which one of the members, coach Folley brought two white men from Manchester city to Nigeria for Scouting program and through Nigeria.... Every state were able represented .....
Moreso, They had a meeting with great leaders in Kwara state and even planned to meet see his Excellency, Governor Abdulfatai Ahmed
They worked with all parties.... APC and PDP and other, to give lots of talented players an opportunity to excel and make their dream fulfilled in Kwara State.
Furthermore, he said, lots of people have been making great and  sacrifice for the company's  project ....
He told the members to appreciation these men that went to NASSARAWA State with the team, Coach Imam and. Coach Akeju.
[3/31, 9:02 AM] Usman: Mr Usman asked the company intermiadiary to talk to the house on his plan.
He said:

Once we start the league, his role is in three folds.
1. To scout for talented players that can be sent for trials within African Leagues and Europe w that view to having them start their professional football careers . Please note that the player must be able to find their travel and trials expenses or be sponsored by someone so we need to scout for the best in all positions that can raise the stake and increase everyone's collective benefit.

2. Help to manage the amateur careers of all our team players before they get to become professionals and thereafter, we would sign representation contracts between the club / my company and the players which binds them legally to us to represent their interest as they play professional football in the best leagues .
3. To manage the careers of football players of the team

And Coach Folley raised issue on the last trip of the company, he said;

He suggest to all coaches in the company to build on the outing. It was a good one and a good experience for the selected boys as most of them are experiencing such for the first time, club and the coaches. I commend the effort of the coaches @⁨Usman⁩ @⁨Coach Harmony Akeju⁩ @⁨Coach Elite⁩ @⁨Imam Coach⁩ @Hanafi Lanre etc for their unity to raise teams to partake in the program according to him.

And react to the company intermiadiary submission....
He observed that fund/sponsor has always be a big problem in this town of abundant talents. And ask the company intermediary of what he can render on that aspect...

The response:
seeking for sponsors who can agree to fund good players of the team and get their returns ...this only means that we have to get the right players so it can increase our chances of getting them signed and getting returns for the investor and the club

Coach Folley plan as company, Scouting coach and one of founder...
His plans For Kholler Football Company...

1. After this corona saga I’ll like to watch couples of teams so I can take one or two players along with me to my club “Udala FC”

2. Am planning to organize a scouting program all over the federation tagged “FIKDAMsports 2020 Talent hunt” that’ll be sponsors by a big firm in Nigeria.
