First and foremost
A training session or match begins with a sound warming up.

.lt increase the athletes pulse frequently
.lt intesivate the breathing processes
.lt allows for better circulation of blood through the muscles.
.lnitiation of the metabolism process.
. Blood transportation is made faster.

These are another topic for another day. But above all,before any match or training there is one important thing that much be considered first. That is warming up and it must be in sequence.

.Decrease of nervous system which may affect the performance.
.Creating the readiness for performance.
Acclimatization to the condition I,e speculators, crowd, weather etc.
[3/27, 9:36 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: *The Warming up session of not more than 15/20 minutes depending on the weather conditions is run in the following order*

General Warming up:- without the Ball... Here there is less risk of injury.

b. Stretching exercises
c. Strengthening Exercises
d. Steaming down.
(All with or without the Ball)

NB.
It is good for a coach to monitor and use exercises that are easy to do than very difficult once so that no body will get injured.

*The warming up could end up with Minor tactical game such as 3v1,3v2,4v2 or 4v4 etc which now leads the coach to the main part of the training.*

[3/27, 9:45 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: You can choose any of the two, either General or Specific warming up.
[3/27, 9:47 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: But it must be in sequence. What I mean by the sequence is that it must be in order. Juggling, stretching, strengthening and steaming down.

While your warming up should not be more than 20 minutes under hot weather
[3/27, 10:02 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: So at times you can use the same method or the Same arrangements of setting up of your cones to achieve the same(warming up and fitness training) but timing and intesity will be different

[3/27, 10:09 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes,if in your training session program of the day is about physical training. After warming up of 25 minutes then go straight to the program for the day which is physiological training,then it should not be more than 45 minutes.

[3/27, 10:23 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Well I have mentioned it earlier the advantage and the importance of warming up, if a player does not like warming up his only calling for a serious injury.
