Koller football company meeting

Minutes for the last meeting of Koller Football Academy dated 28th of March, 2020 which starts by 11:00am on the company's Whatsapp Group. 

The meeting was attended by several coaches or representatives of each academies that made up the company, a FIFA licensed intermiadiary,

Barrister Ayodeji Akerele, current Ndala manager, Coach Folly, Daniel Azera, Video editiors, Photographers and media person of the company 

Coach Usman Jubril of Koller Football Academy opened the meeting with the opening prayer and a brief introduction of the history of the company. He disclosed the company started 2 years ago with the meeting of three men, current Ndala manager, Coach Folly, founder of Coin Kwara, Mr Lanre and himself. 

In his speech, he revealed the aim of the company as providing opportunities for great players to excel and expose themselves to the world. 

He continued, by revealing their insight of realizing two or three exceptional players from the academies to form a formidable team, which he backed up with a photograph of the selected team. 

Also discussed in the meeting is how the company was able to present two teams that represented Kwara state in a scouting tournament in Nasarawa state.

He explained the efforts of Coach Folly of bring two agents or scouts from Manchester City to the scouting program in which every state were well represented. 

Coach Usman also thanked two coaches by name, coach Imam and coach Akeju for their sacrifice during the scouting program in Nasarawa state.

After discussing about the past efforts and achievements of the academy, he proposed the combination of players by the academies in the company to present a solid team for the upcoming state league. 

The proposal was agreed upon by five academies, Mai Jamal, Ibrafix, Harmony, Superior FA and Elite Football Academy while he confirmed Coach Daniel Azeera has the selected coach for the company because he has the qualification and does nit have a team in the company. 

He disclosed the price of the form is #15000 and with a formiddable team they stand a chance to win the competition, qualify for an amateur league position and sell the slot which can earn them more money. They can also promote and sell their exceptional players in the process both to Europe and within the country.  

After concluding the first agenda with five academies present accepting to the proposal, he proposed the creation of a Champions Cup between all the teams in the company. He explained, the tournament will be for the duration of a year and played within two months or a year according to what is agreed upon. 

On the new proposal, the following great personalities were chosen as the executives or committee for tournaments, Kwara United coach, Ashifat Sulaiman a.k.a Brazil, Flying Eagles coach, Shuaib Sulyman, JAFAK organizer, Coach Olalekan of KFA, Coach Azeera Daniel and Mr Ayodeji

The Barrister also highlighted his duties when the ttournament resumes

"To scout for talented players that can be sent for trials within African Leagues and Europe with that view to having them start their professional football careers."

"Please note that the player must be able to find their travel and trials expenses or be sponsored by someone so we need to scout for the best in all positions that can raise the stake and increase everyone's collective benefit."

Secondly, he said he would help to manage the amateur careers of the players

"Help to manage the amateur careers of all our team players before they get to become professionals and thereafter, we would sign representation contracts between the club / my company and the players which binds them legally to us to represent their interest as they play professional football in the best leagues."

 Lastly, he would manage the football careers of the company players. 

On his own part, Coach Folly seek for the assistant of the Barrister in sponsoring the players noting that aspect has always been a major concern.

But the Barrister replied by urging the company to search for sponsors who can agree to fund the bills of the players and get their returns after the deal has been signed. 

Before ending the meeting, Udala FC clash also discussed his own plans for the company.

"After this coronavirus saga I’ll like to watch couples of teams so I can take one or two players along with me to my club “Udala FC”

"I'm planning to organize a scouting program all over the federation tagged “FIKDAMsports 2020 Talent hunt” that’ll be sponsors by a big firm in Nigeria."

"To bring another foreign intermediary’s to Nigeria 🇳🇬 again this year and to lead KFC selected youth players to play Real Madrid academy in rivers state & Barcelona academy is Lagos."

To conclude the meeting by 4pm, coach Usman Jubril revealed there would be a trip to Togo and it supposed to be next month but the coronavirus situation has changed things, while disclosing he would reveal the names of other executives later in the day.
