[4/22, 8:51 PM] Ydf Baseline: Sports is seen as a part of culture cutting across all strata of societies. Sports may be seen as a form of leisure or entertainment with different meanings to cultures according to our it is practised.

Football is a sporting event which has outdone several cultures over different decades.

Over time, sports (football) has been used as a panacea or solution to peace in communities, towns, cities as well as between countries in the world.

In Nigeria, football has the capacity to transform individuals.
[4/22, 8:52 PM] Coach Suleiman: Thank
[4/22, 8:52 PM] Coach AbdulQudri Issa KOLLER FA: You are wellcome
[4/22, 8:53 PM] usman j: Thanks my able chairman....for your submission

[4/22, 8:59 PM] usman j: I want to know the gap between our football here in Nigeria and European football ....
[4/22, 8:59 PM] Coach Suleiman: Yeah i believe football has a lot to do in our society
[4/22, 9:03 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: To me there is different
1 First thing is the publicity (in other countries we seen that all there game is on tv 📺

2 Numbers of fans in the stadium (They have passion of the game more than we do

3 the quality of the pitch( they use good pitch grass ..
[4/22, 9:05 PM] usman j: Ok .....that is a good observations brother
[4/22, 9:06 PM] Coach Suleiman: Don't compared Nigeria football and european together.
[4/22, 9:06 PM] Coach Suleiman: European have planning and focus about their project xhile in Nigeria xe dont'have planning.
[4/22, 9:06 PM] Coach Suleiman: Structure équipement and facility
[4/22, 9:08 PM] usman j: *Our able head coach of Kwara United will soon join us here*
[4/22, 9:11 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Npfl team we spend a lot hours on d road going for away match , while in Europe is not like that ,European have programs
[4/22, 9:13 PM] usman j: That is lots of risk .......risk of life
[4/22, 9:13 PM] Coach Suleiman: They have basic structure and planning in xhich is helping them in future.
[4/22, 9:13 PM] Coach Suleiman: Hox many club in Nigeria has under 13 to senior level follox. it With  financial aspect and good management.
[4/22, 9:13 PM] usman j: This is big Question.....
[4/22, 9:16 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Hardly for us to give our best when we go for an away game , he always hard to get a points in an away because of the stress we have already pass through in the road..
[4/22, 9:16 PM] usman j: This is really bad......
[4/22, 9:17 PM] usman j: Welcome to our mist, coach ASHIFAT SULYMAN, head coach Kwara united
[4/22, 9:17 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Good evening house,I am very sorry for coming late, but is better to be a late than never. Thanks
[4/22, 9:17 PM] usman j: We are still on this question.....
[4/22, 9:18 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: You are welcome sir big coach
[4/22, 9:18 PM] Coach Suleiman: Alalade i agree With u but its not problem of long distance.planning and comitment is our problem
[4/22, 9:19 PM] usman j: Sincerely, I also agree with his submission
[4/22, 9:20 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Yes sir but you know as a player that’s my own view, I mean what do affected us when on pitch fatigue
[4/22, 9:21 PM] usman j: Back to what my Chairman, said....... Our own people here .... I don't think .....they see football as a good business
[4/22, 9:22 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: In my own opinion, there is a lots of different in our local league, compare to the one in over sea.  In term of development, management, organization, advertisement and coodination.
[4/22, 9:23 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Exactly sir
[4/22, 9:23 PM] Coach Suleiman: Gud evening coach ashifat
[4/22, 9:23 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Wasiu Alalade, how are you doing,is been a while.
[4/22, 9:24 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Yes sir am doing fine coach
[4/22, 9:24 PM] Ydf Baseline: We should also remember than most of our clubs in Nigeria are govt funded unlike in europe where 97% or if not all are privately owned.
[4/22, 9:24 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Coach Suleiman good evening, how is Togo.
[4/22, 9:25 PM] Coach Suleiman: Gud talk from coach ashifat
[4/22, 9:26 PM] usman j: I like this as well.....
[4/22, 9:27 PM] Coach Suleiman: Alalade hox are u doing over there.
[4/22, 9:27 PM] Coach Suleiman: Everybody is fine thanks
[4/22, 9:28 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Coach am doing fine
[4/22, 9:28 PM] usman j: But....we have big men in the country that are capable of financing and managing our football affairs
[4/22, 9:28 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Been long sir how is Togo and family really miss you
[4/22, 9:29 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: In any organized setting my most especially in develop country the players first because they are the principal actor, and the real investment of the team, but in our own setting reverse is the case.
Poor management structure and organizing
[4/22, 9:29 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Agreed with you sir 💯🙏
[4/22, 9:30 PM] usman j: Now, who is to blame for the falling standard of our Nigeria professional premier league???

The Passion, believe and support is reducing..... gradually and this makes it hard for anyone to have interest in watching our own league.....

I can remember vividly ......when Arsenal had the opportunity to play final against Barcelona......it was a big celebration among the fans here in Ilorin
[4/22, 9:31 PM] usman j: Infact....any time I am at Kwara state stadium..... I do crying before of management..and their attitude
[4/22, 9:32 PM] usman j: Imagine the scores board, manually all this while......
[4/22, 9:33 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: The entire stakeholders.
But the organizer and administrator first
[4/22, 9:33 PM] usman j: The stadiums in Nigeria .....are not well decorated .......
[4/22, 9:35 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: That was the reason I said it is a systemic problem
[4/22, 9:37 PM] Coach Suleiman: i mised everybody
[4/22, 9:37 PM] Coach Suleiman: Hope everybody is fine in ilorin
[4/22, 9:37 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: They have passion I mean
[4/22, 9:37 PM] Coach Suleiman: That is it
[4/22, 9:38 PM] usman j: Wow...... preparation for just a match ???
[4/22, 9:38 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Yes imagine
[4/22, 9:38 PM] usman j: Woow
[4/22, 9:39 PM] usman j: This people has seen Football as a Religion..... Seriously
[4/22, 9:41 PM] Coach Suleiman: 'They should privatisation the football in Nigeria before xe can get it right.
[4/22, 9:42 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: No team in Nigeria can boast of a standard stadium of there own. In Kwara State the state good built a good stadium but after a heavy storm that spoiled the electronic score board, they return to the old system by making use of the manual one.
Tell me if it is owned by a club, don't you know that they will quickly repairs it.
[4/22, 9:43 PM] usman j: You are perfectly right coach ....
[4/22, 9:43 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: No team in Nigeria can boast of a standard stadium of there own. In Kwara State the state government built a good stadium but after a heavy storm that spoiled the electronic score board, they return to the old system by making use of the manual one.
Tell me if it is owned by a club, don't you know that they will quickly repairs it.
[4/22, 9:44 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Yes
[4/22, 9:44 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: You very correct
[4/22, 9:46 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: We still have a long way to go, because we have not started at all. While others are flying.
[4/22, 9:47 PM] Ydf Baseline: We should also bear in mind that, our per capital income is low which makes it difficult for local fans to pay high for gatefees to watch match unlike abroad where fans have paid ahead. Even when we are asked to pay N5o or N100, we have people who still find ways of sneaking into the stadium without paying\
[4/22, 9:47 PM] Coach Suleiman: Don't even mention Stadium.traning pitch only and xelfare of the player and technical staff no Way.
[4/22, 9:47 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes coach we are all fine and good. Is good here
[4/22, 9:48 PM] usman j: Is there any connections between Team and European team, in term player transfer........???

For example, Eden hazard of Chelsea believe if he played well....he will move to a big club like real Madrid, Barcelona and the rest.....

This inspire their players and coaches ......

Brazilian league for example, Neymar was picked from their league ....

The hope of great coaches .....and my brothers Mr wasiu Alalade and the rest
[4/22, 9:48 PM] Coach Suleiman: Alalade hope you are fine
[4/22, 9:49 PM] Coach Suleiman: Ok
[4/22, 9:49 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Yes sir am doing fine sir
[4/22, 9:51 PM] usman j: You are right sir.... But are you sure....these people at the gate are even sending this morning to the right table???
[4/22, 9:51 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Let me tell you the truth,I said it earlier that it is a systemic problem.
Even if they said people should pay#10 they will still look for a way to enter for free. Because we believe that we are poor, government should do everything for us.. it is called poverty of mind
[4/22, 9:51 PM] Coach Suleiman: itS good to hear that.
[4/22, 9:52 PM] Ydf Baseline: The issue of doing govt everythin
[4/22, 9:52 PM] usman j: You are right ...sir
[4/22, 9:53 PM] usman j: Team in Nigeria and European clubs....for players transfer
[4/22, 9:53 PM] Ydf Baseline: The issue of doing govt everything has limited our citizens way of coming up wiyh ideas.

They fill it is their entitlement.

I had this discuss with some coligs abt expecting the govt to be doing everything
[4/22, 9:56 PM] Coach Suleiman: Coach may be in ilorin but exemple like kano enugu Lagos people can collect ticket of 500 or 1000 naira to xatch match.if the clubs pay good xalary to our star players and keep them like 3 year before selling them to europe clubs
[4/22, 9:57 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: They invest a lot into the game, that was the reason they pay well in term of transfer in overs, but here in Nigeria reverse is the case, because we are lazy, everything government
[4/22, 9:58 PM] usman j: If the system is well organized, people will even pay #1,000
[4/22, 9:59 PM] usman j: Ilorin case is out of it....m they won't even pay ......
[4/22, 9:59 PM] Coach Suleiman: Aah ok
[4/22, 9:59 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes coach,is only in Kano that you see fans paying very well to watch match, but take a look at others hardly you have up to 1000 spectators in the stadium
[4/22, 10:00 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: You are correct
[4/22, 10:02 PM] usman j: I will love to Know the connection between Nigeria clubs and European clubs sir,.......

We had the opportunity of making things right.....when star players are being watched on supersport......but we decided to chased them away.......
[4/22, 10:03 PM] usman j: Which club are still doing that......ND why others refused????
[4/22, 10:03 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: When the followers know that the management aren't thinking towards how the team can be independent and you expect them to invest in what people will put in there pocket at the end of the day
[4/22, 10:05 PM] usman j: That is another problem..... Sir
[4/22, 10:07 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Before team can do well in Nigeria we must have good relationship with club in Europe. Because that is where we can get better money to run our club aside government money.
[4/22, 10:07 PM] usman j: Why is it difficult for our Nigeria clubs to have a standard academy???

I look at this case study Chelsea, Bayern Munich and the rest
[4/22, 10:08 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Back to my earlier submititon bad system
[4/22, 10:09 PM] usman j: This serves as a medium of funds raisings too...
[4/22, 10:09 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Corruption
[4/22, 10:09 PM] usman j: You are perfectly right sir....
[4/22, 10:10 PM] Coach Suleiman: Lack of planning and Knowledge.ignorant
[4/22, 10:11 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Take KFA as case study.
Good structure in term of buildings but lack good management structure
[4/22, 10:11 PM] Coach Suleiman: Learning process problem
[4/22, 10:13 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: All because no good structures
[4/22, 10:14 PM] Coach Suleiman: You are right coach but all of it get through learning process
[4/22, 10:15 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: If it talent wallahi we have great players in Nigeria 🇳🇬 especially kwara state
[4/22, 10:15 PM] usman j: This is really serious
[4/22, 10:16 PM] Coach Suleiman: Yeah ur right
[4/22, 10:17 PM] Coach Suleiman: But lack of basic training matérials and financial aspect kill our young players to attain higher.
[4/22, 10:19 PM] usman j: You are right ...most of stars we worship today......they were well packaged....
The likes of Ronaldo and Messi....their growth are well monitored.....even from tender ages
[4/22, 10:20 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: In term of talent we have it in Nigeria as a whole. But not even limited to sports alone. But to all other sectors.
[4/22, 10:21 PM] Coach Suleiman: For exemple french s peaking countrie have expose to kind of training matérials in their begining of  learning process
[4/22, 10:22 PM] usman j: We will love to know little about their program sir....
[4/22, 10:22 PM] usman j: We can only build on what we know
[4/22, 10:24 PM] Coach Suleiman: By the grace of God till ending of june or july if i Come for holiday.
[4/22, 10:24 PM] usman j: Alright coach......
[4/22, 10:27 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: We have trained personnel in Nigeria, who can translate, teach, train and develop players but major problem is corrupt mind. We want to be comfortable at all times. We don't want to work,we want to be rich.
Corruption
[4/22, 10:27 PM] usman j: Gareth Bale and his wife Emma have donated £500,000 to the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity.

The money will go toward the COVID-19 pandemic response at the hospital where the Real Madrid winger was born

Now, why is it difficult for our players to engage in this kind of lovely habits......
[4/22, 10:27 PM] Coach Suleiman: Yeah.
[4/22, 10:28 PM] usman j: They prefer to spend their money and parties ,.... womanizer and the rest
[4/22, 10:29 PM] Coach Suleiman: Coach it matter of comitment and deddication
[4/22, 10:29 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Because they know that someone will put it in is own pocket.
[4/22, 10:29 PM] Coach Suleiman: Money is not everything
[4/22, 10:30 PM] usman j: This is serious
[4/22, 10:30 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: The problem is that how much Nigeria players collecting? Let ask ourselves this ..
[4/22, 10:31 PM] usman j: Very small compare with 18 years old..... Chelsea winger
[4/22, 10:31 PM] usman j: This is serious
[4/22, 10:32 PM] Coach Suleiman: Our problem in Nigeria is that xe put money for front before anything.Willing is power
[4/22, 10:32 PM] usman j: But what about our big players out there.....
[4/22, 10:32 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Take for example, from a reliable source, federal government said they should give each security personnel#5,000 each for the wonderful job they're doing during this pandemic period,do you know that they gave them #500 each.
[4/22, 10:32 PM] usman j: Who can easily assist the young players in Nigeria league
[4/22, 10:33 PM] Coach Suleiman: 500 naira?
[4/22, 10:33 PM] usman j: Haaà
[4/22, 10:33 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Imagine
[4/22, 10:33 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Yes
[4/22, 10:33 PM] Coach Suleiman: Niger?
[4/22, 10:34 PM] usman j: I believe there should be a good connection between our Big players in Europe And the Nigeria league players
[4/22, 10:35 PM] usman j: Even if the system is corrupt...mmm
[4/22, 10:35 PM] Coach Suleiman: Problem is money
[4/22, 10:36 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Only the players that are serious and committed. If you believe there is an angel there for you, you are making a big mistake.
Work hard be focused and pray, all shall be well.
[4/22, 10:37 PM] Coach Suleiman: Coach no pain no gain
[4/22, 10:37 PM] Mr Wasiu Enyimba Alalade: Let me tell you the truth is only God that can connect us ,
[4/22, 10:37 PM] Coach Suleiman: Our players have to Know that
[4/22, 10:38 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Players in Europe have there problem too, every body for himself. God is for us all.
[4/22, 10:38 PM] usman j: This is serious...
[4/22, 10:39 PM] Coach Suleiman: The players hould train xell and add Prayer for luck to it
[4/22, 10:40 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Cikena
