Specific warming up is when a coach design is warming up with the usage of balls, at times you can even design your specific warming up like you want to go into techniques. But timing and the sequence is very important.

You don't make use of the ball through out the warming up exercises. But you have to follow the sequence

First we are playing double home, and if we are able to win,then we will move out of the red line and we will try to maintain it till the end of the league

We started the game in a very slow pace, thinking that if we close down all the space,it will be difficult for them. But they prove it that they are the league leader by taking the game to us in a very fast and accurate passes, which put a lot of confusion in our defense, which later results to the first goal.

[4/3, 10:07 PM] Usman: Then.... What happened in the second half.....that made you to score 1goal despite losing 2-0

[4/3, 10:12 PM] Coach Brazil Kwara United: Well we approach the second half with a different strategy,we now understand the way they play, their strength and weakness,we capitalize on it and take the game to them,then we realized they too can seat back if we really pressed the Ball. That gave us the equalizer and could have level up if not for the last minute save made by their goalkeeper.

I think we should all appreciate our governor for giving us what we would have spent the whole season looking for,but gave us within a short period.

I have the believe that at the end of the season we will all appreciate our position on the league log.
